Paverpol - le durcisseur à tissu et à décoration par excellence!
Paverpol est un produit artisanal révolutionnaire originaire de la Hollande. Il a été créé par un groupe d'artistes néerlandais au début des années 1990 comme alternative à la résine plus sûre pour l'environnement. Il était à l’origine utilisé pour créer de grandes sculptures pour les chars du carnaval. Mais sa renommée et ses nombreuses applications se sont rapidement répandues et ont acquis une place de choix parmi les artistes et les amateurs. Paverpol est disponible au Canada depuis 2007.

Paverpol peut être utilisé avec n'importe quel matériel naturel tel que le tissu (100% coton, soie, laine, etc.), le bois, la mousse, la pierre, le métal, le verre, la céramique, le papier, le carton, etc. et être placé à l’extérieur tout au long de l’année. Paverpol n'adhère pas aux matières en plastique ni aux synthétiques.
Paverpol est convivial : appliquez avec un pinceau ou trempez votre tissu, essorez l'excédent et drapez ou enroulez autour d'une base, d'un cadre ou d'une armature solide et laissez-le sécher. Paverpol étant à base d'eau, vous pouvez simplement vous laver les mains et les pinceaux avec de l'eau et du savon! Attention cependant à ne pas verser du Paverpol non dilué dans les égouts, car il durcirait.
Paverpol sèche rapidement : il sèche au toucher en une heure, durcit pendant la nuit et sèche très durement en deux semaines. Paverpol est résistant aux intempéries et lavable une fois complètement sec.

Paverpol is a revolutionary craft product from Holland. It was created by a group of Dutch artists in the early 1990's as an environmentally safer alternative to resin. It was originally used to create large sculptures for carnival floats. But word spread rapidly and Paverpol’s numerous applications have since acquired a prominent place among artists and hobbyists. Paverpol has been available in Canada since 2007.
Paverpol is a non-toxic water-based decoration and textile hardener. A first class product, which has received the AP seal for non-toxicity from the ACMI (Arts and Creative Materials Institute); the best-in-class worldwide seal of approval for art materials. www.acmiart.org
Paverpol can be used with any natural material such as fabric (100% cotton, silk, wool,etc.), wood, moss, stone, metal, glass, ceramic, paper, cardboard, etc. making them rock-hard and suitable to be placed outdoors throughout the year. Paverpol does not adhere to plastic or synthetic materials.
Paverpol is user friendly -- apply with a paintbrush or dip your fabric, squeeze off the excess and drape or wrap around a sturdy base, framework or armature and let it dry. Paverpol is water-based so you can wash your hands and brushes with ordinary soap and water! Be careful not to pour undiluted Paverpol down the drain though, as it will harden.
Paverpol is fast drying -- it dries to the touch within an hour, hardens overnight and dries rock hard solid within two weeks. Paverpol is weatherproof and washable once completely dry.
